Wellness by Chelsea was developed to provide and create individualized programs to help Chelsea’s clients achieve their wellness goals. Chelsea’s services not only offer a holistic approach to nutrition but also to a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Wellness by Chelsea aims to take a more proactive approach to achieving and maintaining your health and wellness goals. Chelsea’s focus on bio-individuality is crucial to the process. What works for one person does not always work for another, which is why Chelsea focuses on tailoring individualized wellness programs to meet the needs of her clients.
Exercise is a key component of wellness and can be an important tool in achieving ones’ health goals. Chelsea works in partnership with Poe Yoga and welcomes you to join her if you are near any of the studios.

Chelsea is a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute
for Integrative Nutrition and has extensive training as a fitness instructor.
Currently, Chelsea teaches boxing and barre at Poe Yoga, where she is the Co-Director of the FireBeat program. Chelsea’s ultimate objective is to empower every client she works with to ensure they find a balanced and happy lifestyle. Chelsea’s coaching sessions will help you better understand the needs of your body and help you find what works best for your individual needs.
