Chelsea’s classes include strength training, barre and cardio. Every class is intentionally designed to challenge, strengthen and tone the body, all done while moving to the beat of the music.
All classes are built to only need your own body weight and a pair of hand weights - wrist & ankle weights are often added if you are looking to take it up a notch. Also grab a bottle of water and mat. Get ready to sweat!
